Display & settings
R or dollars, account size, time format, theme and the Settings dialog.
A handful of small toggles shape how the whole app reads. All of them persist to your account and follow you across devices.
R or dollars
The square R / $ toggle at the far right of the filter bar switches every result value in the app between R-multiples (the default) and dollars. Nothing is stored twice: everything is computed in R, and the conversion uses your account size with the rule 1R = 1% of the account. Metric cards, charts, tooltips, the trade table, insights and the PDF export all follow the active mode. (The Simulator always reads in percent of the prop firm account and dollars.)
Account size
Set in the Settings dialog (or during your first import). It drives the R-to-dollar conversion in both directions: imported dollar PnL becomes R, and R-based manual trades get a dollar reading. Change it any time; every metric rescales immediately.
Time format, theme and duplicates
These live in the account menu (your profile photo, top right):
- Time format. 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour (the default). This affects every displayed time and the date-time pickers.
- Theme. Dark (default) or light. The choice applies from the very first paint on your next visit, no flash. Signed out, the theme toggle sits in the navbar.
- Hide duplicates. On by default: a trade present in several files shows once. See Your account.
The Settings dialog
The archive icon in the navbar opens it. Four sections, top to bottom:
- Account size, as above. Saved on Enter; every metric updates.
- Imported files. Every import with its trade count and age, plus your hand-logged trades; download any of them or delete an import (which removes its trades). Hold the last download button for 5 seconds to export your whole journal. See Importing trades.
- Claude & ChatGPT. Connect Afterburner to your AI app and manage the connected apps. See In Claude, ChatGPT & Gemini.
- CSV import template. The Template button downloads a ready-to-fill file with the exact import columns and two example rows, pre-filled with your own timezone.
Indicator settings (sessions, killzones, FVG, regime, news) open from the gear next to each indicator in the chart's Indicators menu.
Everything syncs
Display mode, time format, filters, sort, table columns, folders, tags, custom charts, indicator settings, drawings, your Simulator setup, AI keys and conversations, and Talios projects all follow your account. Sign in anywhere and the app feels like you left it.
