Changes to your journal
Tagging, editing, deleting and logging trades by chat, always with your confirmation.
Ask the assistant to tag your trades, fix a result, clean up folders or log a trade you just took. It prepares the change and shows it to you; nothing is written until you click.
What it can change
| Item | Possible changes |
|---|---|
| Tag categories | Create (with at least one tag), rename, delete. |
| Tags | Create, rename, recolor, delete. The last tag of a category can't be deleted on its own: delete the category instead. |
| Folders | Create, rename, delete. Deleting a folder keeps its trades. |
| Trades | Result in R, direction, timeframe, pair, entry and exit time, timezone, Taken / Skipped, notes, tags and folders. Trades can also be deleted. |
It never touches your price levels (entry, TP, SL), and on native Rafale imports the result, direction, timeframe and pair stay frozen, as everywhere else in the app: the card lists them as Left as is. One change can hold up to 50 operations and reach up to 5,000 trades; the usual limits on tags and folders still apply.
The confirmation card
- 1
Read the summary
One line per change, with new tags shown as coloured chips, then N trades affected (and how many deleted). - 2
Check the trades
See trades lists every trade touched with its own changes: + Tag in the tag's colour, struck-through − Tag, "Result +1.00R → …", "Taken → Skipped", "Deleted". Each one links to the trade. - 3
Read the warnings
Orange lines flag anything odd: trades that would carry two tags of the same category, trades listed twice, or trades left out by your filters. - 4
Confirm or cancel
Confirm applies it (the button turns red, Confirm and delete, when trades get deleted). Cancel leaves the journal untouched. The card then says what happened, and the assistant knows it on your next message.
Why fewer trades than announced?
The card counts only the trades whose data actually changes. A trade that already carries the tag, a trade listed twice, a trade outside your filters or a frozen Rafale field is not counted. While the card waits, it keeps itself up to date with your journal. The card is the truth, not the sentence the assistant wrote before it.
Tag colours with meaning
When it creates tags, the assistant colours them by what they mean, in any language: positive labels (Yes, Aligned, With trend, A+) in green, negative ones (No, Counter trend, Invalid, Missed) in red, uncertain ones (Maybe, Partial, Late, B setup) in orange, None or N/A in grey, and neutral labels in distinct blues, cyans, violets and pinks.
Logging trades by chat
"Log a long on gold, 5m, entered 14:32, out 15:10, +2.4R, tag it FVG": the assistant fills a Log this trade card (up to 10 trades at once) built on the New Trade form, pre-filled with what you said.
- Fields still missing are outlined in amber with · to fill, and the card asks for one tag in each of your categories. The footer counts what is left.
- The timezone defaults to the last one you used; the status to Taken.
- Unknown tags or folders are reported, never created behind your back.
- Save trade writes it; a link then opens the new trade.
Deletions are real
A confirmed deletion removes the trades from your journal, exactly like the delete button. Open See trades before clicking a red Confirm and delete.
