Accounts monitoring & money

Your trades replayed in order: evaluations, funded accounts, breaches and net result.

Accounts monitoring is not a simulation: it takes your real trades, in the order you took them, and shows what would have happened on this exact account, money included.

How the replay works

  • One evaluation at a time. When it breaches, a fresh one starts on the next trade. When it passes its last phase, it becomes a funded account and a new evaluation opens right away.
  • Funded accounts stay open. Each funded account copies the following trades at your funded risk, under the final phase's drawdown and daily-loss rules, with no profit target. It can breach at any time.
  • Real days. Days come from your trades' real dates, in each trade's own timezone. A pass is granted at the end of the day; a soft daily-loss hit leaves the account flat until the next day. The max-losses-per-day setting applies to each account.

The tiles and the chart

TileMeaning
Accounts startedEvery evaluation the replay bought.
Passed to fundedEvaluations that passed, with how many later breached and how many are still funded.
Breached in evalEvaluations lost, per phase on multi-step accounts.
Eval in progressThe evaluation still running at your last trade.

The chart is your journal's cumulative equity at this risk. Each dot is an account event: green passed an evaluation to funded, orange breached an evaluation, red breached a funded account. Several events on the same trade merge into one larger dot with a count. Hover a dot for the details: which account, which phase, which trade and date, and why it breached (max drawdown or daily loss limit, with hit mid-trade when the limit was crossed before the trade closed).

The money row

FigureHow it is worked out
Won before splitThe profit of funded accounts still open at your last trade. A balance only counts as withdrawable once min trading days and the funded consistency rule are met; the rest shows underneath as locked.
Firm's shareThe part the firm keeps, from the profit split.
Account fees paidNumber of accounts bought times their price.
Net resultWhat you keep: payout minus the firm's share minus the fees.

A funded account that breached pays nothing in this replay: payouts taken along the way are not counted, so the figure is on the careful side.

Instant-funding accounts

With no evaluation, you are funded from the first trade. The Instant funding card replays your trades and withdraws as soon as the funded rules allow (min trading days and consistency). Every payout buys one more account, up to 100 running at once; a breach just removes that account, and only when every account is gone is a single new one bought. Its tiles count accounts bought, bought from payouts (with the peak running at once), breached and still funded. Green dots mark payout days, red dots funded breaches.

Checking each trade at its worst point

A real firm breaches you the moment your balance touches the limit, even if the trade later comes back. To do the same, the Simulator checks how far each trade went against you on the real price history, from the candle after your entry to your exit. A taken trade is measured when it has:

  • an entry price and a stop loss (filled in from the Levels card on the trade page),
  • an exit time and a timeframe,
  • a forex, metal or index pair (crypto is not covered).

Each trade is measured once, a second or so after its entry and stop are set, and the result is saved with the trade on your account: the Simulator reads it at once, on every device. Moving the entry, the stop or the times measures it again. The line under the results tells you where it stands: how many trades are checked at their worst point, and, when you hover it, those still measuring and those checked on their close only (no levels, not taken, or closed inside their entry candle). Talios backtests always carry this information.

Fill your Levels

Adding entry and stop on the trade page's Levels card makes the Simulator stricter and more honest: the trades that survived only because they closed in time stop flattering your pass rate.
